Excellent Service and Beautiful Stay

fresh tortillas attentive team super housekeeping

The breakfast buffet offered many options, and a taco chef prepared fresh tortillas at a made-to-order taco station (i loved it!). I reported a lost wedding ring to security on the beach. The team, particularly Rene Cruz, Israel Jimenez, and Even de La Rosa, found the ring in the sand. The housekeeping was the best I have seen in decades. Very thorough.

The gym seemed large, but it felt over-stuffed with equipment. It would have been better if there were fewer machines. it was a little hard to get there.

The reception staff were super attentive and always willing to assist with any inquiries. The concierge team were great in providing recommendations and arranging bookings (they were very helpful). The pool towel service was also prompt and efficient.

the hotel is super well maintained! i especially loved the easy access to the pristine beach. i also found the breakfast each morning to be delicious. it really set the tone for a fantastic day!
